Create a Professional Reference Guide (in an electronic format) that includes all elements as listed in the Professional Reference Guide Completion Checklist (Moreno, 2015).

2.Table of Contents to include each item listed below.
3.A table of at least 10 relevant court case laws that are foundational and relevant to IDEA Improvement Act (2004). Include the title and date of each case law and a description of the significance and its associated principle. Present 10 case laws including:
Brown v. Board of Ed.;
PARC v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
Larry P. v. Wilson Riles;
Board of Ed. v. Rowley;
Mills v. Board of Ed.; and
Five additional case laws of your choice.
4.A table of at least 10 excerpts from the Oregon Administrative Rules (Section 15 or your own state’s administrative rules or IDEA) including item reference, statutory, or regulatory number, theme/component, and brief description. Six of the ten excerpts must include address:
Parent participation/protections;
General education teacher participation;
Students not yet eligible for special education services;
Students with cultural/ethnically diverse needs;
Transfer of rights or age of majority;
Access to the general education curriculum/LRE; and
Four additional excerpts of your choice.
5.Purpose and significance of Rosa’s Law;
6.A description and/or illustration of the mandated components of the IEP and explanation of each area of significance as it relates to the six principles of IDEA;
7.An IEP Review – Completed Modified Compliance Review Form (MCRF);
8.A comparison chart highlighting the differences between IDEA and 504;
9.One page of definitions, descriptions, and examples of evidence-based practices and emerging practices as they relate to students with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD);
10.Main points of FERPA;
11.Main points of the disciplinary process associated with students with disabilities in IDEA (include Manifestation of Determination, Stay Put);
12.Main points of supervision of paraeducators as described in ESSA and IDEA; and
13.Main points of protection of students with cultural/ethnic, diverse needs in IDEA.
