Introduction
This human resource plan has been developed to inform all parties of who will be necessary for different tasks of this project and to what extent those expertise can be used. It will also give everyone a view of all trained and qualified parties working on this project. Each person that has been assigned a role will have a separate responsibility than the next to ensure that all basis of this project has been covered.

Legal Team To ensure that all legal documentation to obtain the franchise is correct and within standards of what has been agreed upon Senior Level/Mid-Level
Team player must have the expertise of knowing business law as well as knowledge of zoning and county laws Allocates resources, advise and make decisions that are beneficial to the franchise
Accounting Team Monitor projects expenses and ensure they are within the scope of the project. They also Serve as accounting liaison between project management team and Stakeholders. Mid-Level/Entry Level knowledge in business and corporate finances Advises the project manager and Allocates resources
Information Technology Team Responsible for making sure that all systems are standardized with Lowe’s corporate system. Mid-Level/Entry Level knowledge in HTML 5, Programming, Database and networking Make Decisions based on system incorporation
Design/Interior Responsible for floor plan layout and construction of infrastructure, foundation and overall design of the building. Senior Level knowledge and expertise as an contract architect, blue print design and property management Consulting/Advising
Landscaping Responsible for the layout of the exterior land including curb appeal and parking lot design Entry Level/Mid-Level knowledge and expertise as an architect in landscape design Consulting/Advising
