Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper addressing the following:

• Identify two jobs within the company of your choice.
• Describe the general function of performance management systems. If your assigned company does not use a performance management system, would you recommend it use one? Why or why not?
• Suggest two job evaluation methods for each of the positions. What would be the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, based on the positions you have selected?

Compare and Contrast U.S. Healthcare Policy

Review the health policies of each of the following countries. Then, choose a country from the following list to compare and contrast with the current U.S. healthcare system:

Week 6 Written Assignment – The Federal Reserve

Research and review trends in inflation (CPI), interest rates (short and long term), GDP and employment over the last year. Then read the latest speech by the Federal Reserve and answer the following short essay questions. While this is not a paper, you must still properly cite your answer and write in full sentences.
