Hello, I need 2 pages. a synthesis of these documents. High level writing. Can be anything, just bringing the material all together. Not too much analysis. Lumen Fidei. The sources are attached.
1. Identify and critically analyse and discuss the communication challenges that a leader would expect to encounter in relation to the cultural diversity of many Australian organisations.
2. Critically discuss how leaders can address the ethical issues related to the cultural diversity in many Australian organisations.
3. Identify, synthesise and critically discuss an optimal mix of leadership styles/behaviours which would be aligned with managing culturally diverse workplaces; these should be sufficiently flexible, and able to be appropriately adopted in Australian organisations.
The Situation: You have been given the task of recruiting and training new supervisors for new businesses. You have a clean slate and the freedom to design the programs and trainings of your choice for the new supervisors. The Deliverable: The final project you will turn in will be a 4-6 page report, APA style, which you will create for new business owners explaining everything from pre-employment selection ideas, to the appraisal and discipline process for new supervisors. Chapter 15 provides you with a better understanding of pre-employment selection processes and setting appraisal goals as well as ideas for the approach to discipline issues. Please provide a report that will include a sample appraisal document and ideas for training new supervisors who may need improvement. You will need to touch on issues from time management, motivation, leadership and skill development.
In this exercise, you will choose one of the entries in the SPARC site, and then write a two to three (2-3) page paper that meets the following requirements.

Assignment 3: External and Internal Audit
Auditing is a very broad topic that covers all aspects of an organization. An audit not only examines the accuracy of financial statements but also examines the effectiveness of internal controls as well as the efficiency of overall operations of the organization. To accomplish the objectives of different types of audit within an organization, the audit function is broken down into the role of internal auditor and the external auditor.
In your role as a partner in the CPA firm Dewey, Wright, and Moore, review the following information.
Dewey, Wright, and Moore has just been approached by a new client, AV Imports and Exports, a company that trades goods with various countries. You are in charge of an audit engagement. To determine whether to take on the engagement, you proceed with the overall assessment of risk. You meet with company management, the board of directors, and the audit committee, and begin communication with the previous audit firm. You also schedule a meeting with the internal auditors to learn more about their role and function within the organization.
In preparation for your scheduled meeting, research the external and internal audit function using your textbook, the Argosy University online library resources, and the Internet. Complete the following:
Present the comparisons in a chart. Include a 3-5 page report summarizing and explaining the chart as well as outlining how you think Dewey, Wright, and Moore can use the services of the internal auditors as part of the overall audit the firm would provide. Give reasons for your assertions and cite your sources.
Submit your chart and report in Word format. Utilize at least three resources in preparing your report. Apply APA standards for writing style to your work. Use the following file naming convention:
Thread: First, review the lecture about the structure of the Republican Party in Virginia as an example. Select 1 of the major parties in your state to study. Because this was already discussed in the presentation, do not base your discussion on the Republican Party of Virginia. If you live in Virginia, you may examine the Democratic Party of Virginia or you may adopt another state and study its party structure. For example, a Virginia resident could study the Republican Party of North Dakota or Missouri, or any other state except Virginia.
Second, locate the website for your political party. Use a search engine to find the address. If you are unsuccessful, contact an elected official of that party and ask for help in locating it. Once you have located the party website, determine how much you can learn from it.
Third, collect the information to answer the following questions. What is the structure of the state party? Does the website contain the legal document governing the party similar to the Party Plan of the Republican Party of Virginia? How does the party choose its state officers? How is the party organized locally? How can an interested person become a member of the local party committee? What other types of information are contained in the website? If the website does not have sufficient information, a phone call to a member of the local party can provide this information. You can obtain the names of local party officials from state party headquarters.
Fourth, organize this information into an essay and submit it. Include the correct citation of the party’s website.
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) establishes guidelines related to minimum wage, overtime pay, record-keeping, and child labor. Some companies find themselves facing legal challenges when they inappropriately classify employees as exempt or nonexempt for the purpose of overtime payments.
You have discovered that Elora Jean & Co. has classified many of its nonproduction positions as exempt. As the human resources (HR) legal consultant contracted to review all HR policies, you are concerned with legal exposure, union challenges that may result, and poor tracking of hours worked for the purpose of paying overtime. You plan to prepare a presentation for Elora Jean & Co.’s owner, outlining your observations, concerns, and recommendations, keeping in mind the company’s desire to remain competitive while adhering to employment laws.
Components of this presentation will include the following:
This assessment task requires that you synthesise the understanding of organisational culture and leadership with your theoretical and practical knowledge of Organizational Behaviour in Australian organisations. The focus of this activity is to determine how the practice of Organizational Behaviour must be redesigned and realigned in multiethnic/multicultural contexts to ensure cultural appropriateness and to achieve organisational effectiveness.
Scenario:
Australia has one of the world’s most culturally diverse workforces. Managing different cultural workgroups has ongoing implications on the success of the organisation. However, cultural differences leading to conflicts caused by ineffective communication and increasing moral and ethical degradation at workplaces continue to be issues of growing concern. Furthermore, as the workforce becomes more diverse and multigenerational, labour power may force improvement in the employment relationship and call for different kinds of leaderships. Recently, exploratory studies conducted in Australia have examined the blend of leadership styles/behaviours that different cultural workgroups preferred their managers to exhibit.
Using both literature and publicly available data:
The purpose of the assignment is to build up a specific understanding of managing a multicultural workforce and behavioural practices. This is a multi-strand knowledge gathering research that focuses on critical strategic issues in leadership and employee behaviour.
This assessment assesses the following subject learning objectives:
-be able to critically examine assumptions and propositions of theorising about organisational behaviour in general;
-be able to compare and analyse the strengths and weaknesses of organisational behaviour theories relevant to managers with human resource responsibilities;
-be able to critique and to apply organisational behaviour theories and concepts to case studies and/or issues in their own workplaces;
– and be able to evaluate current organisation practice and to develop strategies that may assist in the understanding and management of employee behaviour.
There are three key themes to be addressed, all in relation to culturally diverse Australian organisations.
1. Identifiy, critically analyse and discuss the communication challenges that a leader would expect to encounter in culturally diverse Australian organisations (Information; Critique; Application).
2. Critically discuss how leaders can confront the ethical issues related to culturally diverse workforces in Australian organisations ( Information; Critique; Application).
3. Identify and critically discuss the appropriate leadership models/styles for managing culturally diverse workplaces in Australian organisations(Information; Critique; Application).
4. Correct use of spelling, puncuation, grammar, syntax, and sematics; well-organised structure; the use of academic style of writing and the correct use of APA6 referencing.
The assignment should be in the form of an academic essay. Use a concise title that reflects the key issues. Use appropriate subheadings to organise the material.
The essay should begin with an Introduction that orientates the reader towards how you are going to approach the material that you intend to cover. It provides a brief overview of the key questions, the logical progression of the argument, and main conclusion/s.
The Discussion section should integrate your research and ideas into key arguments.
The Conclusion should comment on the significance of the arguments in relation to the key issues and consider the implication for practice
