The entire question –
John Hill states that even though British New Wave films were, “about the working class, they nonetheless represent an outsider’s view,” reflecting the filmmakers’ social background. Hill argues that the, “‘outsider’s view’ is inscribed in the films themselves,” by the way in which the, “‘poetry’, the ‘marks of the enunciation’ themselves articulate a clear distance between observer and observed” (2002). Critically investigate this statement with specific and direct reference to at least TWO ‘movements’/national cinemas studied this term.

The two movements I would like you to make reference to are British Social Realism and American Independent Cinema. You need to critically investigate, so please don’t describe the movements. You are investigating the statement and saying why you both disagree and agree, coming to a final conclusion. Use lots of books and scholary articles in order to support evidence of your points, no websites or any similarly disreputable sources. I have a module handbook which I will upload in order to help you, if you could possibly use some of the textbooks within the reading list for some references that would be really good. Please feel free to use films or directors as examples, but try to avoid any we have watched or previously studied on the module (info within handbook).

Overview:

Imagine that you work as the project manager for an IT department. Your organization has recently approved the development of a mobile application.    1. Contain at least five (5) main tasks, one (1) for each of the PMBOK® process areas.
   2. Contain at least thirty (30) line items distributed in five (5) or more work packages.
   3. Contain Work Breakdown Structure Code for each task.
   4. Present duration estimates for each task that results in a duration estimate for the project not to exceed the requirements described in the overview.
