Your paper should demonstrate your ability to use the functions within MS Word to create a document with the following elements:

  • A title page (see below for specific information to include on this page)
  • Page numbers located in the top, right corner of the page (header page number function)
  • Paragraphs that are double spaced with the first line indented by .5 inch (line spacing function)

Even though many New Orleans residents still have not returned to the city, some believe that we can see the effects of the trauma of the hurricane in the crime rates. Others believe crime rates have risen in the large cities housing Katrina refugees. More importantly, many worry about the infants and children who have experienced not only the hurricane but the confusion, dislocation, and chaos in their families.
