Assignment 1: Financial Analysis

Use the Internet or Strayer databases to research one (1) publicly traded company and review its last annual report. Use an investor’s view to perform financial analysis and discuss various non-financial factors impacting investment decision.

1. From an investor’s view, review the last annual report for chosen company.(which you will have to provide so I can attach to the paper)  Use financial analysis tools of liquidity, profitability, and solvency to evaluate the company’s performance and reasons for investing or not investing. 2. From an investor’s views, discuss at least three (3) non-financial factors that suggest investing in this company. These may include environmental responsibility (sustainability), corporate governance, etc. Explain the main reasons why these are important to an investor.

Motivation is a complex subject, but its understanding and application is central to the success of management and the organization. Imagine that the CEO of your organization (current or past) has tasked you with recommending actions to promote employee’s involvement. This is a very important task. We recommend you start by drafting an outline of you potential ideas. Thereafter, you can explain in detail your proposal to the CEO. One of the most critical components of any operation system is the access control function.  Conduct independent research using the books for the class, web sites, etc. and write a summary of operating system access control.  In particular, focus on the underlying theory and underpinnings of access control theory.  Elements your paper should contain include the following:

Threat model

Access matrix

Various types of access control(MAC, DAC, etc.)
